First Team Football Coach

Full job description

We have an open position for our first and second-team football coach to join us at Imperial College Football Club. Our club has over 300 current members which span across seven football teams competing twice per week and training once per week. We expect the coach to:

• Lead Monday training sessions for our 1st and 2nd team.
• Attend all Wednesday 1st team matches (usually 2 pm kick-off), analyse the good and bad, and implement improvements during training.
• Potentially attend Saturday first team matches (flexible on availability, Wednesdays are the priority)

We are looking for a coach with the following skills:

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Qualities that include passion, friendly-natured, approachable, punctuality.
• Minimum UEFA B qualified.
• Should have their own vehicle as the training ground is not convenient for public transport.
