About the Role
PSC are looking for a passionate and driven freelance football coach to join our coaching team, delivering high-quality sessions across our Elite and All-Inclusive academy programmes.
This role covers:
- Monday evenings — delivering training sessions within our Elite Academy
- Friday evenings — delivering training sessions within our open to all Academy
- Saturday mornings — leading teams in fixtures, either in the Junior Premier League or against elite academy opposition
Whether you're an experienced coach or just starting out and looking to ignite your football coaching career, we want to hear from you.
Essential Requirements
- Full, valid UK driving licence, with access to your own transport
- Hold, or be willing to obtain, an Enhanced DBS check
- UEFA C coaching qualification (or equivalent), or a willingness to work towards this
Desirable
- Experience designing and leading football training sessions
- FA Child Safeguarding qualification
- Experience taking a team in a competitive game environment

Someone genuinely passionate about coaching and player development, comfortable working across a range of ages and abilities, from grassroots enjoyment through to elite performance pathways. You'll bring energy, professionalism, and a real desire to help young players progress both on and off the pitch.
