Responsibilities

• Plan and execute engaging training sessions focused on skill development, fitness, and tactical understanding
• Develop game strategies and analyze team performance to improve overall play
• Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to players to enhance their athletic abilities and confidence
• Ensure all activities comply with safety protocols and league regulations
• Foster a positive team environment that encourages sportsmanship, discipline, and teamwork
• Coordinate with parents, school officials, or league organizers regarding schedules, progress, and team events
• Monitor player progress through assessments and maintain detailed records of training outcomes

Skills

• Proven sports coaching experience with a strong understanding of football techniques and strategies
• Excellent teaching skills with the ability to communicate clearly and motivate diverse groups of athletes
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire confidence and teamwork among players
• Knowledge of safety standards related to sports training and competition
• Ability to plan structured training programs tailored to different skill levels
• Effective organizational skills for managing schedules, records, and team logistics

Pay: £8.00 per hour
