As a Football Coach, you will deliver engaging, high-quality football sessions that develop players technically, physically and socially while creating a fun, safe and positive environment.
The role includes:
- Delivering Evening Player Development Centre (PDC) sessions on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings
- Delivering Football After School Clubs in primary schools across Warrington
- Delivering Football Holiday Camps during school holidays
- Opportunity to coach 1-to-1 and small group sessions
- Weekend coaching opportunities are available but are completely optional
This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their coaching career with a growing organisation that invests in its staff.
What We're Looking For
The successful candidate will:
- Hold a minimum UEFA C Licence
- Hold an Enhanced DBS Certificate (or be willing to obtain one)
- Have experience coaching children in football
- Be confident delivering enjoyable, organised and challenging sessions
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be enthusiastic, professional and punctual
- Be passionate about helping young players develop both on and off the pitch
- Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle
Desirable
- FA Safeguarding Children Certificate
- FA Introduction to First Aid in Football (or Emergency First Aid)
- Experience delivering in schools or grassroots football
- Experience working with a wide range of ages and abilities
