Head/Assistant/Development Squad Coaches - The Borough FC

The Borough FC is currently seeking passionate, committed, and knowledgeable coaches
to join our growing football program for both male and female teams.

We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about player development, team
culture, and helping athletes reach their full potential in a positive and competitive
environment.

Available Positions

• Head Coaches
• Assistant Coaches
• Development Squad Coaches

Positions are available across:

• Male Teams
• Female Teams
• Youth Development Programs

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum Canada Soccer C License (or equivalent recognized coaching
certification)
• Previous coaching experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to foster an inclusive, respectful, and player-focused environment
• Availability for training sessions, matches, and club events

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging training sessions
• Develop players technically, tactically, physically, and mentally
• Support team management on match days
• Promote club values, professionalism, and sportsmanship
• Collaborate with club staff and fellow coaches
