Sheppertonians is a friendly and ambitious community football club dedicated to inspiring the next generation of footballers. We provide fun, inclusive and high-quality coaching for children of all abilities and are looking for enthusiastic coaches to join our growing team.

The Role
You’ll deliver engaging football sessions for children aged 3–8 years, creating a positive environment where every child can develop confidence, learn new skills and enjoy the game.
The role includes Saturday morning sessions and midweek coaching, with opportunities to take on additional sessions as the club continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver enjoyable, age-appropriate football sessions.
* Create a safe, inclusive and engaging environment for every child.
* Encourage participation, teamwork, confidence and skill development.
* Ensure the welfare and safety of all players at all times.
* Work collaboratively with fellow coaches and club volunteers.
* Set up and pack away equipment before and after sessions.
What We’re Looking For
* FA Introduction to Coaching Football (or higher).
* Passion for coaching and developing young players.
* Excellent communication and organisation skills.
* Reliable, enthusiastic and professional attitude.
* Experience coaching children is desirable but not essential.
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
* FA Safeguarding Children and Emergency First Aid qualifications are desirable.
