Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in football and/or futsal with the ability to inspire and motivate individuals to achieve their personal best. This role is pivotal in developing athletes' skills, promoting teamwork, and fostering a positive environment for growth and development.
Duties
- Design and implement training programmes tailored to the needs of athletes at various skill levels following our methodology.
- Work within primary schools delivering sessions, catering to a mix of abilities.
- Conduct regular practice sessions, focusing on skill development, strategy, and teamwork.
- Provide constructive feedback to athletes to enhance their performance and confidence.
- Monitor athletes' progress and adjust training methods as necessary to ensure continuous improvement.
- Promote sportsmanship, discipline, and respect among team members.
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to create a cohesive training environment.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of coaching techniques and sports science to provide the best guidance possible.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sports coaching, with a strong understanding of the relevant techniques and strategies of football and/or futsal.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate athletes.
- Strong organisational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive environment for all participants.
