Summary

We are seeking a Volunteer Assistant Coach to join our team in <LOCATION>. This role is vital in supporting our coaching staff and helping young players develop their skills while fostering a positive sporting environment.
Responsibilities

• Assist lead coaches in planning and delivering training sessions.
• Support players' technical and tactical development.
• Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and positive attitudes among players.
• Help organize team activities and match-day preparations.
• Contribute to creating an inclusive and encouraging environment for all participants.
• Support the implementation of coaching strategies aligned with club goals.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment during all activities.
• Qualifications
• Experience or interest in sports coaching or youth sports.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Enthusiasm for working with young people.
• Ability to motivate and encourage players.
• Prior coaching or teaching experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Commitment to promoting fair play and positive sporting values.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other coaches and staff.
