Football Coach – Top Ballerz FC

Hourly Pay: £20–£25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

Top Ballerz FC is looking for motivated and reliable football coaches to join our academy programme. We are a North London football club focused on developing young players through high-quality coaching, competitive fixtures, strong values and a positive learning environment.

This is a great opportunity for a coach who is passionate about youth football and wants to work within a growing grassroots club with ambitious players, supportive staff and clear development standards.

Main Responsibilities

You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging football sessions for young players across different age groups. Sessions should be structured, age-appropriate and focused on technical development, decision-making, confidence and enjoyment.

The role may also include supporting matchdays, helping with player organisation, communicating professionally with parents and staff, setting up equipment, managing groups safely, and contributing to the overall standards of the academy.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is reliable, confident, enthusiastic and good with children. The ideal candidate will have previous coaching experience, strong communication skills and the ability to create a positive environment where players feel motivated to learn and improve.

Coaches should be organised, punctual and able to work as part of a team. We want people who care about player development, not just results.

Requirements

FA Level 1 / Introduction to Coaching Football or UEFA C is preferred. Previous experience coaching children or youth football is desirable.

Applicants should ideally have or be willing to complete:

Enhanced DBS
FA Safeguarding Children
First Aid qualification
Right to work in the UK
Experience working with players aged 6–16
