Football Development/Academy Coaches

Lively Kicks Football Academy is growing, and we're looking for passionate, energetic, and reliable Football Development Coaches to join our team in the Watford/Bushey area.

📍 Role Details

✅ Part-Time

✅ Evenings & Weekends

✅ £15–£30 per hour (depending on experience & qualifications)

✅ Immediate Start Available

- What You'll Be Doing

⚽ Deliver fun, engaging, and age-appropriate football sessions for children aged 6–11

⚽ Support player development both on and off the pitch

⚽ Lead teams during matches and tournaments

⚽ Provide constructive feedback to players and parents

⚽ Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and welfare

🔹 Essential Requirements

✔ Passion for coaching and developing young players

✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

✔ UEFA C Licence or working towards

✔ Valid FA Safeguarding Children Certificate

✔ Valid Emergency First Aid Certificate

✔ Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle

✔ 1–3 years' experience working with children aged 6–11

🔹 Desirable

⭐ UEFA B Licence

⭐ Experience coaching in schools, clubs, or community settings
