Job Description

The Premier League’s People team are looking for a Talent & Development Manager who will play a key role in delivering and evolving the organisation’s talent management and learning & development strategies. Working closely with the Head of Talent, Recruitment & Development and Senior Learning & Development Manager, this role supports the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of talent and development processes, ensuring they are data-informed, scalable, and aligned to business priorities.

This is a hands-on role combining operational delivery with strategic input across performance and potential, talent management processes, career development, and capability building

We have a wide variety of responsibilities. These include organising the competition and its Handbook as well as managing the centralised broadcast and commercial rights. The work we do in conjunction with the Clubs also goes far beyond the 90 minutes. We support and provide a framework for youth development, we protect the organisation’s intellectual property, support the wider game and community programmes, undertake international development work and liaise with governing bodies and other leagues.
