Job Description
APB WINGATE FC is looking for a passionate and motivated Football Coach to lead training sessions, develop players, and support matchday activities. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent football knowledge, and the ability to motivate and mentor players of different ages and abilities.
Responsibilities include:
• Planning and delivering engaging training sessions
• Developing players’ technical, tactical, and physical abilities
• Leading and supporting players during matches and tournaments
• Promoting teamwork, discipline, and professionalism
• Creating a positive and inclusive team environment
• Communicating effectively with players, parents, and club staff
Requirements:
• Previous coaching or playing experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Passion for football and player development
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
• Coaching badges/certifications are a plus but not essential
