Summary
We are seeking a passionate Football Coach to join our team in <LOCATION>. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing young players' skills and encouraging a love for the game while aligning with our club’s mission of youth development and community involvement.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging football training sessions tailored to different age groups.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes teamwork and sportsmanship.
- Assess players' skills and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during all training activities.
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to organize matches and tournaments.
- Promote the club’s values of respect, discipline, and dedication.
- Support the overall development of young athletes both on and off the field.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sports coaching, particularly in football.
- Strong teaching skills with the ability to motivate young players.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of youth sports safety standards.
- Relevant coaching certifications or licenses are preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
- Passion for youth development and community service.
- First aid certification is a plus.
