Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Football Coach to join our team and provide high-quality coaching to individuals or teams in various disciplines and skills. The ideal candidate will have a passion for football coaching and a strong desire to educate and develop young children.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver coaching sessions tailored to the needs and abilities of the children
- Educate children on sports techniques, strategies, rules, and sportsmanship
- Motivate and inspire athletes to achieve their full potential
- Develop training programmes to enhance athletes' skills and performance
- Provide constructive feedback to athletes to help them improve
- Organise and supervise practice sessions, matches, and competitions
- Ensure the safety and well-being of athletes during training sessions and events
Skills:
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
- Proven experience in sports coaching, preferably in multiple disciplines
- Strong communication skills to effectively educate and motivate athletes
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with athletes and parents
- In-depth knowledge of sports techniques, rules, and strategies
- Ability to plan and organise coaching sessions effectively
- Passion for sports and a commitment to helping athletes reach their full potential
- Have experience in football coaching (Desirable Introductory to football coaching/ UEFA C/ UEFA B)
