RPS Academies in Port St. Lucie, Florida is seeking an experienced Men's Soccer Coach for their boarding academy soccer program.
Position Summary
The Men's Soccer Coach is responsible for leading the athletic development and competitive readiness of male student-athletes within a structured, disciplined, and supportive environment. This coach will uphold and reinforce the academy’s culture of discipline, hard work, and class, while collaborating with academic staff to ensure students excel both on the field and in the classroom.

The Men's Soccer Coach is responsible for leading the athletic development and competitive readiness of male student-athletes within a structured, disciplined, and supportive environment. This coach will uphold and reinforce the academy’s culture of discipline, hard work, and class, while collaborating with academic staff to ensure students excel both on the field and in the classroom.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and deliver high-quality daily training sessions aligned with RPS performance methodology.
- Coach and manage the boys’ team during matches, tournaments, and seasonal competitions.
- Conduct continuous individual player evaluations and provide actionable feedback to accelerate development.
- Work closely with the school to monitor academic performance and ensure all student-athletes meet their educational responsibilities and behavioral expectations.
- Enforce a strong culture of professionalism, discipline, accountability, and sportsmanship at all times.
- Collaborate with performance staff to support athlete health, recovery, and injury prevention.
- Assist with technical preparation, tactical planning, and match video analysis.
- Maintain effective communication with players, parents, and academy staff.
- Ensure full supervision, player safety, and adherence to academy policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Recognized coaching license strongly preferred (USSF, UEFA, CONMEBOL, or equivalent).
- Demonstrated coaching experience at a competitive youth, high-performance academy, or collegiate level.
- Strong understanding of technical and tactical development for youth athletes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and mentor young players.
- A proactive, organized approach with high standards of behavior and professionalism.
- Valid authorization to work in the United States (proper work visa and permits required).
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and travel for competitions as needed.
