Football Academy Coach for Chiswick United F.C.

Location: West London, Chiswick
Contract: Part Time / Self-Employed Basis
Schedule: Weekends + Optional Weekday Programmes

Chiswick United F.C. is seeking passionate, forward-thinking coaches or small academies who want to join forces and grow together.

Founded in 2020, we began our journey at grassroots level with a clear goal - to build an English professional football club from the ground up. As we expand our youth structure and training programmes, we’re now looking for ambitious partners who share our vision for elite player development and professional football standards.

We’re not another weekend football club - we are building something enduring. If you run an existing coaching academy or have a strong network of assistant coaches, this is an opportunity to collaborate, expand, and be part of a project with genuine long-term ambition.

Ideal Coach Profile

  • UEFA B (or working towards)
  • FA Youth Award Module 1 (or working towards)
  • Experience in youth development (U6–U16)
  • Enhanced DBS, First Aid, and Safeguarding (within 2 years)
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Passion for player development and coaching excellence

You’re a coach who wants to be part of something bigger. You believe in detail, discipline, and player education. You’re open to collaboration and see the value in uniting under one banner - to make something extraordinary in London football.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £20.00-£30.00 per hour
