The Videographer will work closely with the Marketing team to support the creation, management
and delivery of video content across Aberdeen Football Club’s digital platforms.
The role focuses on producing innovative, engaging and high-quality video content that drives
supporter engagement while supporting key revenue-generating areas of the club and partner
charity AFC Community Trust.
Videography Projects
Lead the creation, management and delivery of video content from concept to completion,
ensuring all outputs align with the club’s marketing objectives and maintain high production
standards.
Content Creation
Film and edit interviews, features, highlights packages, promotional videos and creative content
for use across AFC’s digital channels including the website, social media platforms and RedTV.
Marketing Campaign Support
Work closely with the Marketing and Communications team to produce video content supporting
club campaigns, ticketing initiatives, commercial partnerships and community programmes.
Matchday Content
Capture and produce video content on matchdays, including behind-the-scenes footage,
supporter engagement content and promotional material.
Content Planning & Collaboration
Collaborate with colleagues across the club to plan and schedule video content throughout the
season, ensuring alignment with wider marketing activity.
Content Management
Export, format and prepare content for digital distribution across web and social channels,
ensuring quality, consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
Production Standards
Maintain a high standard of video production including filming, lighting, audio and editing to
ensure all club content meets professional standards.

The Head of Performance Analysis will be an experienced performance analyst having operated in an elite football performance environment, whose role will be to lead, oversee, and coordinate the performance analysis support provision to all Professional squads and Academy age groups and Loans/Emerging Talent team.
Based at Cormack Park, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Performance Analysis team in its endeavours to provide the Football Management Team, professional players and the Executive Team with analytical insights into individual and team performance.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
• To provide the performance analysis provision for all professional players, monitoring and tracking development using objective and subjective data.
• Provide insights to the delivery of the AFC playing and coaching philosophy, aiding with the vision of the Club and support the First Team Manager and Assistant First Team Coaches.
• Oversee performance analysis provision given to the Youth Academy which is led by the Academy Performance Analyst.
• Actively participate in wider Football management insights projects.

Core hours will largely be in line with the professional squads’ training calendar. However, the successful candidate should be available for evening and weekend work where this is required as dictated by the match schedule and will be expected to travel with the First Team for matches.
The Head of Performance Analysis should be degree qualified in Performance Analysis, Data Analysis, Sports Science or other equivalent sports-related discipline.
Experience of operating within an elite football environment, and developing and successfully executing a performance analysis plan are essential. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to communicate effectively with players, staff and senior Football management and be adaptable and innovative.
