Casual Football Coach (1-to-1 Sessions)

Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Casual Coach to deliver 1-to-1 football sessions. This is a flexible role that offers the opportunity to work with a wide range of players, tailoring training to meet individual needs and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality 1-to-1 coaching sessions for players aged 4+ (from beginners to professional level).
• Adapt session plans to suit age, ability, and personal objectives.
• Provide feedback, encouragement, and technical/tactical guidance.
• Create a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for all players.
• Represent the club/organisation in a professional manner at all times.

Requirements:

• FA Level 1/Introduction to Coaching Football (minimum) or equivalent qualification.
• Experience working with children and/or adults in a coaching environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to player development.
• A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
• First Aid and Safeguarding certifications (desirable but can be supported).
