The Scottish FA is looking for a Coach Education and Development Manager on a fixed-term basis until June 2028 to join our team, supporting the delivery of an innovative coach education programme embedded within degree courses at Edinburgh Napier University. In this role you will play a key role in coordinating and delivering high-quality coach education aligned with both university and Scottish FA objectives, supporting the holistic development of student coaches, and contributing to the creation of a skilled, progressive and diverse coaching workforce. Working collaboratively with university partners and internal colleagues, you will lead course delivery, support research and development initiatives, provide meaningful feedback to learners, and help shape and improve programmes through benchmarking and best practice.
