Banbury United FC is recruiting a volunteer Head of Human Resources (HR) to join the Club’s leadership team. This is part of the Club’s continued development of the business: to create the highest performing team in our league, both on and off the pitch. “Our work on the structure of the Club continues with the identification this specialist position to take us to the next step,” says Banbury United Chairman, Wayne Farrell. “We are searching for a like-minded, high calibre, sports-loving leader with HR expertise to take care of this specific piece of the business.
