Position Description:
The Girls Director of Football & Academy Director position at The St. James Football Club (TSJFC) is a Full Time position that will report directly to the Director of Soccer/ Technical Director. The Girls Director of Football & Academy Director will be responsible for all day to day soccer operations, program management, staff management, budget management and methodology/ curriculum development and management over the Girls Football side of the club in conjunction with the senior technical staff.
The TSJFC Girls Academy consists of 6 teams that participate in the Girls Academy League and has consistently been a high performer regionally and nationally having won and reached multiple National Championships as members of The Girls Academy.
