The Director of Soccer Operations is an important role within our club.  This individual needs to have a keen focus on the goals and initiatives of the club, and an eye towards growth and making the club the best it can be while providing a quality product on the playing field.  While some of the duties of this role are administrative in nature, this role is meant to be one that is strategic, forward-thinking, organized, and progressive.  The successful candidate will partner with the Board of Directors and existing staff to help the club grow into the future.
