Position Summary The Facility and League Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the soccer facility and managing all facility-based leagues, rentals, tournaments, programs, and special events. This position serves as the primary on-site leader. It ensures that the facility is safe, clean, organized, properly staffed, and prepared to provide an excellent experience for players, coaches, families, referees, rental groups, and visitors.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, comfortable working in a fast-paced sports environment, and able to manage multiple programs and events simultaneously. This individual must be willing to work a flexible schedule, with a significant portion of the role taking place during evenings and weekends.
