Oakwood Soccer Club are seeking a highly experienced, passionate and progressive Boys MLS Next Academy Director to lead their efforts in the Northeast Conference for 2024/25 and beyond. Required: US Soccer A License. Minimum of 3 plus years in similar senior leadership capacity. Comprehensive understanding of youth soccer landscape. Job Description Oakwood Academy Soccer Club is seeking a dedicated and skilled coach to develop and manage 3 teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering the growth of players in alignment with Oakwood Academy's playing philosophy and ensuring their progression through the academy's ranks.
