Who are the Scottish FA?

The Scottish FA is the governing body for football in Scotland, representing it's member clubs and affiliated regional associations. 

The Scottish FA is a member of UEFA and FIFA and holds a position on the International Football Association Board (IFAB), the body that determines the Laws of the Game.

The Scottish FA exists to promote, foster and develop the game at all levels in this country.

The Scottish FA are looking to recruit a highly motivated and experienced individual into the position of Head of Performance Services to lead on the delivery of a high-performance culture to support all of our National Teams in addition to the wider elite player performance work of the Association to ensure players and coaches have the edge to compete at the highest level. The role will involve leading and managing a team of full-time staff within the Performance Services Unit as part of the wider Football Department to help deliver key strategic objectives of the association, including our aim to qualify consistently and compete in major tournaments.  The role will also lead, develop and manage the procedures, application and reporting of the performance services for the Scottish FA, ensuring a standardised set of working procedures are in place across all the performance service areas such as performance operations, performance analysis, performance data, sports...
