Overall Responsibilities
To be responsible for coaching sessions and matchday with a squad, which falls in line with the coaching philosophy, vision and values of the academy and to work closely with the Post 16 Lead Football Academy Coach, Director of Sixth Form, Head of Yr 11, Head of Yr 12 & 13 and all other coaches and staff.
Duties:
- Teach and demonstrate proper techniques, strategies, and rules of the game
- Plan and organize practice sessions to improve players' skills and performance
- Evaluate players' abilities and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Develop game plans and strategies for upcoming matches
- Motivate and inspire players to reach their full potential
- Coordinate with other coaches and staff members to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure the safety of players during practices and games
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sports coaching, preferably in football
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well with athletes of different skill levels and backgrounds
- Passion for teaching and educating athletes
- Ability to motivate and inspire players to achieve their goals

UEFA C LICENCE (MINIMUM)

FA Safeguarding & FA Emergency Aid

Wednesday (Matchday, KO Time varies)
