Full job description Our Story: Calculated Performance was born out of a passion for elevating the standards of private football coaching. Recognising the need for a comprehensive and supportive environment, we created a model that caters to players of all ages and abilities. Our mission is clear: to develop the complete athlete. We want to grow a community of like-minded players and coaches who share the same passion for self-development, whether that is joining your first grassroots team or signing your first professional contract.
