*Coach and a lead a Division I women’s soccer program. *Identify and recruit quality student-athletes regionally, nationally and internationally. *Mentor, lead and develop student-athletes in an ethical and equitable manner. *Organize and execute practice. *Plan a competitive schedule. *Assist in the operations for home competitions and orchestrate travel and logistics for away competitions. *Promote the health, welfare and academic progress for student-athletes. *Perform daily administrative tasks for the program. *Supervise and develop assistant coaches. *Initiate and participate in fundraising activities. *Actively participate in departmental meetings and functions. *Ensure compliance with department, university, MVC and NCAA rules.
