This position is responsible for assisting the Head Women’s Soccer Coach in the oversight and administration of the Northeast women’s soccer program from August – May. The assistant will assist with practices, game-day coaching and operations, team travel, recruitment of student-athletes, demonstrating strong character, leadership, engagement and complying with ICCAC, NJCAA and institutional regulations.   Coaching/playing experience at the high school or college level is strongly preferred. Associate’s degree required. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong organizational skills, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, outstanding work ethic and a strong knowledge of the game of the soccer.
