Overview
In this position, the Senior Manager, Talent Development will work closely with the Senior Director, Talent Development to execute a learning strategy that enhances the skills, knowledge, and capabilities of MLS/SUM employees. The Senior Manager will help increase employee engagement, promote our core values, and enable our employees to add value and drive competitive advantage across the organization.
Responsibilities
Design new and update existing employee development programs using a blend of eLearning, instructor-led and virtual delivery methods.
Facilitate leadership and professional development training sessions.
Support the performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews and year-end review trainings.
Help drive employee engagement across the organization by developing and managing programs that motivate and inspire employees.
