About The Role • Plan, deliver, and review engaging coaching sessions for a designated player “cell” across our squads. • Provide individualised feedback and monitor progress through IDPs (Individual Development Plans) and regular reviews. • Contribute to matchday preparation, in-game coaching, and post-match feedback for designated players. • Work collaboratively with the MDT (analysis, sports science, medical, psychology, education & welfare) to support holistic player development. • Record session plans, attendance, and player progress accurately on the KML system. • Maintain clear and professional communication with players, parents, and Academy staff. • Promote and uphold safeguarding, player welfare, and the Academy’s values at all times.    About The Candidate Essential Requirements • UEFA B Licence...
