About Us
Elite Football Coaching delivers structured, high-performance football development sessions for committed players aged U7+, supporting their progression from grassroots football towards academy-level environments.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for reliable, enthusiastic and professional football coaches to join our coaching team in Northampton.
The Role
As a Lead Football Coach, you will:
Deliver two structured 60-minute group coaching sessions per evening
Coach with clarity, energy and purpose
Maintain high standards in session tempo, behaviour and organisation
Provide clear, constructive feedback to support player development
Communicate professionally with players and parents
Represent Elite Football Coaching positively and professionally
