We are a North London based football team for woman and non-binary ballers who are Black and PoC. We have been running for 1.5 years and are part of the wider Inter Melanin family. We're beginner - intermediate level and train together weekly as a team on Tuesdays in N4. We host tournaments, play friendlies, go out for socials and more. Keeping within the makeup of our community at Inter Melanin, this role is specifically intended for someone Black or of colour - a woman (cis/ trans) or non-binary person.  This person would need to be passionate about football and be experienced in coaching or playing in order to lead our weekly training sessions, improve our team's performance via strategy and player development and to help to grow our team. Ideally first aid trained but not essential. 

We are  looking  for an enthusiastic female young coach to  join our friendly experienced coaching staff you will be assisting with U7 & U8 teams !!  Training on Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings in Beckenham / Crystal Palace area   Expenses will be paid   Qualification can be gained along the way
