About The Role
Role Purpose
The Facilities Co-Ordinator will work within the Facilities Management Team who are responsible for overseeing the operations of the company's facilities, ensuring the environment is safe, efficient, and conducive to productivity. The successful candidate will play an important role in organising planned maintenance, reactive repairs, and liaising with contractors and vendors to operate, maintain and improve the Toughsheet Community Stadium and Bolton Wanderers FC Training Ground.
Main areas of responsibility
Facilities Maintenance
Co-ordinate routine and preventive maintenance of the stadium, training ground and equipment (HVAC systems, lighting, plumbing etc.).
Work with colleagues to support capital expenditure programmes.
Monitor and schedule repair work.
With colleagues support the management of health and safety.
