Lancashire Football Association is seeking a dedicated, highly motivated and inspiring individual to join our Football Development Team on a fixed-term maternity cover contract with the ideal candidate able to start in August 2026. The role is aligned to The FA's National Game Strategy and the successful candidate will lead football development activity across Barrow, Bolton, Bury, Rochdale and Rossendale, supporting clubs, leagues and partners to grow and develop grassroots football, as well as leading on Club and League Accreditation across Lancashire. The ideal candidate will have a sport development background and demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting communities across the area, working with traditional leagues and clubs, alongside non-traditional community-based partners.
