About The Role   Responsible for the delivery of high-quality goalkeeping coaching in line with the Youth Development/ Foundation Phase curriculum to all goalkeepers within their designated phase.   Key Responsibilities and Duties: Deliver age specific Goalkeeping syllabus to players in their charge. Communicate effectively with all team members and reporting back to the Lead Academy Goalkeeping Coach and Phase Lead Coach. Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent goalkeeping coaching. Attend CPD events and Academy meetings as required. Use the ‘PMA’ to complete reviews and assessments of training sessions, fixtures, player feedback, 6 weekly reports, half year reports, ILO’s and ILP’s.
