Tennessee United Soccer Club is currently seeking coaches for immediate need as well as 2025-2026 Fall/Spring season. As we continue to grow as a club, we are committed to delivering a premium quality experience to our members by recruiting the right people among our staff. These are not full time positions. Out of state candidates are encouraged to apply only if you have your own relocation plan to the greater Nashville area ideally to northern side of middle Tennessee.    As an organization we pride ourselves on having staff of great character and with a focus on the development of our players and club.   We are looking for -    * Coaches of all levels. Description: Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director of Coaching (DOC) will direct and supervise the TUSC coaching staff and is ultimately responsible for meeting the Club’s overall objective relative to coach, player and team development.  This person will be working alongside other DOC's. Qualifications: Licensure: National “B” License and above or the ability to obtain within a certain time frame. Playing Experience: College or equivalent preferred Coaching Experience: DOC experience preferred or a minimum 10 years youth coaching experience, or 5 years professional or college Head Coach Other: Excellent communication and dispute resolution skills.
