The Ticket Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting all ticketing operations functions for Louisville City FC, Racing Louisville FC, and ticketed events at Lynn Family Stadium. This position assists with ticket inventory management, box office operations, reporting, payment plans, system administration, and customer service initiatives while ensuring the efficient execution of ticket sales and service operations.  This is a full-time position, working some evenings, weekends, and potentially holidays during Louisville City FC & Racing Louisville FC home matches and stadium events.  ESSENTIAL DUTIES:  Ticket Operations Creates and maintains ticket inventory within the Club’s ticketing system, SeatGeek. The Racing Academy Assistant Director will be responsible for player promotion, coaching, management, and leadership for multiple teams within the Racing Youth Academy. This position will report to the Racing Academy Director and the Academy Executive Director.  Extensive travel is required throughout the Academy season (August-May), including frequent overnight and weekend travel for ECNL league matches, showcases, tournaments, and recruiting events. Candidates should expect travel to comprise approximately 25% of the annual work schedule.
