Program Purpose The Soccer Operations Internship provides hands-on experience in managing the daily and weekly operational needs of a competitive soccer team. Interns support practices, games, logistics, and behind-the-scenes team operations that keep the club functioning at a high level. The goal is to develop future professionals who can transition into roles within USL, MLS, or other professional soccer organizations.
