Pitch Pals Football Coaching are looking for an Assistant Coach to join the team. We currently coach 2-11 year olds so the ability to build rapport and have FUN with the children is more important than anything else. Candidates must have a can-do attitude and be comfortable interacting with children as young as two years old. The role will primarily include assisting the Lead Coach across our various programmes, including our Early Years/KS1 weekend morning classes , midweek evening sessions, After-School Clubs, Birthday Parties, and Holiday Camps during school holidays. The role can include all, or a combination of the programmes, dependant on the candidates availability. The role would suit those with a passion for football/working with children, someone in the childcare sector looking for additional hours, or a college/university student. Ideally you will already have your FA Level 1 in Football Coaching (or equivalent), but for the right person we would look at funding this. We currently coach 2-11 year olds so the ability to build rapport and have FUN with the children is more important than anything else. The role will primarily include leading our Sunday morning sessions across our Early Years/KS1 classes. The role also has scope for midweek evening sessions, after-school clubs, birthday parties, and holiday camps during school holidays.
