Kidderminster Harriers Football Club is a historic and ambitious football club based in Worcestershire, with a strong reputation for developing players, coaches and staff both on and off the pitch.

Alongside our First Team programme, the club operates an extensive Youth Development and Post-16 pathway, providing opportunities for players from the Foundation and Youth Development phases through to Post-16 football and progression towards the senior game.

Our Post-16 provision forms an important part of that pathway, combining a high-quality football programme with education and creating opportunities for young players to continue their development within a professional football environment.

Kidderminster Harriers Football Club is looking to recruit a reliable and enthusiastic Minibus Driver / Football Coach to support the club’s Post-16 football programme . The primary responsibility of the role will be the safe transportation of Post-16 players to and from training, fixtures and other programme activities. Alongside the driving responsibilities, there will also be opportunities to support football coaching sessions, making this an ideal position for somebody with a coaching background who wants to work within a football environment. Applicants must hold the appropriate D1 driving entitlement and be comfortable working with young people.
