Full job description Overview For an immediate start, we are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Lead Football Coach to join ASFA. This role involves developing and implementing training sessions, mentoring junior coaches, and fostering a positive environment for players of all ages and skill levels. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for football, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to promoting teamwork and sportsmanship. This role covers the Oxford area, you will need to posses a full clean driving licence and be able to drive. You will be required for approximately 5 hours a week split across sessions.
