Position Summary: Columbus Crew is seeking a Membership Services Representative to ensure a positive overall fan experience and maintain season ticket memberships through the team’s passionate members and supporters. This is achieved through face-to-face interactions, consistent proactive touchpoints, and creating unique experiences and WOW moments. Columbus Crew Overview: Columbus Crew is the first club in Major League Soccer. The Crew is operated by The Edwards Family and Haslam Sports Group.
