About the Role
Cardiff University Ladies AFC is seeking two enthusiastic Head Coaches to lead our 2nd Team and 3rd Team for the 2026–2027 season. This is an exciting opportunity for passionate coaches who are committed to developing players, creating a positive team culture, and contributing to a thriving university football programme.
You'll work closely with the club committee and coaching team to support player development both on and off the pitch while helping shape a competitive and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver pre-season training and preparation.
Plan and deliver engaging weekly coaching sessions.
Collaborate on squad selection, recruitment, and player development.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive team environment.
