WE ARE THE FASTEST-GROWING SOCCER ORGANIZATION IN THE SAN FERNANDO VALLEY Nordic Soccer has grown more than 260% in three years. Contracted by LAUSD, we operate across approximately 16 campuses and serve approximately 1,500 players through after-school development programs, skills clinics, and a competitive club pathway. We are still opening campuses. We need someone to help run them. THE ROLE The Lead Coach runs sites. You coach on the field, you manage the campuses assigned to you, and you lead the part-time coaches working under you. You are the person families and school administrators see when they think of Nordic Soccer. This is an entry point into the organization, and we will say that plainly. It is where you get seasoned. Nordic Soccer is hiring for two types of roles across our youth soccer programs in the San Fernando Valley, Los Angeles. Both are independent contractor positions (1099). FULL-TIME: OPERATIONS COORDINATOR & SOCCER COACH • One full-time opening, 37 hours per week. • Guaranteed $25 per hour for all work, including operations and coaching. • Coordinate registrations, rosters, parent communication, coach schedules and coverage. • Lead youth soccer sessions, support coaches at program sites and help the founders manage day-to-day operations. • Keep program records organized and communicate clearly with families, schools and coaches.
