SUMMARY
The Women’s Soccer Head Coach at Gardner-Webb University is responsible for the administration, supervision and management of his or her intercollegiate sport within the parameters of the rules and regulations of Gardner-Webb University.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Responsible for the development and implementation of intercollegiate program
Reports to the Vice President for Athletics / Director of Athletics and is charged with the concurrence of the Athletic Director, with the selection, supervision and retention of the Assistant Coaches.
Responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of a successful recruitment program of prospective student-athletes.
Responsible for facilitating an atmosphere conducive to the continued academic and the athletic success of student-athletes, and for monitoring the academic programs of team members.
