Full job description As a Head Coach at Pathway Football, you will play an important role in delivering a high-quality football programme that places player development at the heart of everything we do. Key Responsibilities Plan, prepare and deliver engaging, age-appropriate coaching sessions in line with the Pathway Football coaching philosophy and curriculum. Create a positive, inclusive and challenging learning environment that supports the technical, tactical, physical and social development of every player. Manage your team on match days, including player selection, substitutions and in-game coaching, while promoting our club values and philosophy. Provide constructive feedback to players to support their ongoing development. Set up and pack away equipment before and after sessions.
