The Academy Player is expanding to Birmingham, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic, qualified Football Development Coach to join our growing coaching team.
This is a great opportunity for a coach who is passionate about player development, enjoys working with motivated young players, and wants to be part of a structured, progressive coaching programme.

What we’re looking for:
- FA coaching qualification (Level 1 / Introduction or higher)
- Experience coaching young players
- DBS (or willingness to apply)
- Positive, reliable, player-focused attitude
