Key Responsibilities
Lead and assist training sessions aligned with our curriculum and game model
Coach players with intensity, clarity, encouragement, and accountability
Develop players holistically while reinforcing effort, discipline, and confidence
Model Pursuit FC's culture, values, and "Pack" mentality at all times
Support match day preparation, game management, and post-game reflection
Build strong relationships with players, families, fellow coaches, and community
Assist with camps, clinics, tryouts, recruiting, scouting, and club events as needed
