Overview : The Director of Operations is a public-facing role requiring excellent communication and collaboration skills with families & community partners along with a clear understanding of our mission, values and goals. While most responsibilities are administrative, the position demands strategic, forward-thinking leadership to advance club initiatives, working closely with the senior staff to carry out Far Post’s vision and values through strong collaboration. The Director of Operations reports directly to the Executive Director. They also have support from an administrative assistant.
